简单介绍:
Roundabout,AxonGuidanceReceptor,Homolog4(Drosophila)(ROBO4)(AA28-469)(Active)protein(StrepTag,Histag)
详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 48.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-67 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Background Roundabout homolog 4 (ROBO4) is also known as Magic roundabout (MRB) and ECSM4, which belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily or ROBO family. ROBO4 contains 2 fibronectin type-III domains and 2 Ig-like C2-type (immunoglobulin-like) domains. ROBO4 is specifically expressed in endothelial cells and is also expressed at sites of angiogenesis in different tumor types. ROBO4 / MRB is the receptor for Slit proteins, at least for SLIT2, and seems to be involved in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. ROBO-4 may mediate the inhibition of primary endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins.
Molecular Weight 48.5 kDa
