简单介绍:
TumorNecrosisFactorReceptorSuperfamily,Member18(TNFRSF18)(AA26-161)(Active)protein(Histag)
详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 15.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 22-25 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Purity >92 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
ProductDetails: Biological Activity Comment Biological Activity: Measured by its binding ability with rhGITR Ligand in a functional ELISA.

SDS-PAGE: due to glycosylation.
Background Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) is also known as Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), activation-inducible TNFR family receptor (AITR), CD antigen CD357, which is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) superfamily. GITR is receptor for TNFSF18, which seems to be involved in interactions between activated T-lymphocytes and endothelial cells and in the regulation of T-cell receptor-mediated cell death. GITR also mediated NF-kappa-B activation via the TRAF2/NIK pathway.
Molecular Weight 15.4 kDa
