详情介绍:
Characteristics This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein has a calculated MW of 47.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 47.5 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).
Purity >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Sterility 0.22 μm filtered
Endotoxin Level Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Background Isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is also known as Cytosolic NADP-isocitrate dehydrogenase (NADP(+)-specific ICDH), Oxalosuccinate decarboxylase and PICD, which is one of the Isocitrate dehydrogenases that can catalyze the oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate to 2-oxoglutarate. These enzymes belong to two distinct subclasses, one of which utilizes NAD+ as the electron acceptor and the other NADP+. The cytoplasmic enzyme serves a significant role in cytoplasmic NADPH production.
Molecular Weight 47.5 kDa
