Handling Advice

DO NOT FREEZE. Store reagent in the dark. Use subdued lighting during handling and incubation of cells prior to analysis.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
Do NOT add Sodium Azide!
Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
