0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2, containing 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Gentamicin Sulfate as preservative.

Handling Advice
|
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.

Storage Comment
|
Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for several weeks at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below.
