Concentration 0.6 mg/mL
Buffer 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 1 mM Magnesium Chloride, 0.1 mM Zinc Chloride, 50 % (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) and 0.01 % (w/v) and 0.01 % Sodium Azide as preservative.

Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
