Immunogen Purified, non-denatured Human IgG (containing both heavy and light chains). Production. Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks. Anti-Human IgG's were affinity-purified over a column conjugated with purified Human IgG (containing both heavy and light chains) and then conjugated with Horseradish Peroxidase.
