Immunogen Ferret IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecule.
Purification Immunoaffinity Chromatography.
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Ferret antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Background Synonyms: Ferret IgA, Ferret IgG, Ferret IgM
Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western blot: 1/500-1/3,000 or Dot blot), ELISA (1/2,000-1/10,000) and Immunohistochemistry (1/200-1/1,000) as well as otherphosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0005 M Zinc Chloride, 50 % (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0 with 10 mg/mL BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
Do not add Sodium azide.
Dilute only prior to immediate use
Each reagent is stable for the period shown on the bottle label if stored as directed.

Storage Comment Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8 °C.
