This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Hamster IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.

Reconstitution Restore with 0.5 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 0.6 mg/mL
Buffer 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0005 M Zinc Chloride, 50 % (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative.

Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide: a POISONOUS AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE which should be handled by trained staff only.
Handling Advice Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
