Application Notes Suitable for highly specific Immunological methods requiring extremely low backgroundlevels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. ELISA: 1/25,000. Western blot: 1/2,000 - 1/10,000. Immunohistochemistry: 1/1,000 - 1: 5,000.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Concentration 1.0 mg/mL (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
Buffer 0.125 M Sodium Borate, 0.075 M Sodium Chloride, 0.005 M EDTA, pH 8.0 with 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
