Immunogen Ferret IgG, IgA and IgM whole molecules
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Background Synonyms: Ferret IgA, Ferret IgG, Ferret IgM
Application Notes Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western blot or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electronmicroscopy and Immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody basedenzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. Recommended dilutions: ELISA: 1/10,000 - 1/50,000. Western blot: 1/1,000 - 1/5,000.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).
Concentration 1.0 mg/mL
Buffer 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01 % (w/v) Thimerisol as preservative.
Preservative Thimerosal (Merthiolate)
Precaution of Use Biohazard Informations: This product contains thimerosal which is hazardous.
Handling Advice Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Do NOT add Sodium Azide! Use of Sodium Azide will inhibit enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. This product is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage reconstitute product with 50 % glycerol instead of water and then aliquot contents and freeze at -28 °C or below.
