简单介绍:
anti-CD45antibody(ProteintyrosinePhosphatase,ReceptorType,C)(FITC)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Human T Lymphocytes. Spleen cells from immunised BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
Clone F8-11-13
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody recognises the human CD45RA cell surface antigen. Clone F8-11-13 reacts with the high molecular weight form of the leucocyte common antigen (LCA) expressed by B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes.
Purification Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant.
Alternative Name CD45 / LCA (PTPRC Antibody Abstract)
Background CD45 is a complex molecule existing in a number of isoforms. Antibodies recognising a common epitope on all of these isoforms are termed CD45 whilst those recognising only individual isoforms are termed CD45RA or CD45RO etc.Synonyms: L-CA, Leukocyte common antigen, PTPRC, Receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C, T200
Gene ID 5788
NCBI Accession NP_002829
UniProt P08575
Pathways TCR Signaling, Regulation of Leukocyte Mediated Immunity, Positive Regulation of Immune Effector Process, Production of Molecular Mediator of Immune Response, CXCR4-mediated Signaling Events
Application Notes Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
