简单介绍:
anti-MARCOantibody(MacrophageReceptorwithCollagenousStructure)(PE)
详情介绍:
Immunogen CHO cells expressing Mouse MARCO. Remarks: Spleen cells from immunised rats were fused with cells of the mouse SP2/0 myeloma cell line.
Clone ED31
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody recognises the cell surface antigen designated MARCO (Macrophage receptor with collagenous structure). Clone ED31 binds to the C-terminal cysteine rich domain of MARCO, and has been shown to block ligand binding.
Purification Affinity Chromatography on Protein G
Alternative Name MARCO (MARCO Antibody Abstract)
Background MARCO is a member of the class A scavenger receptor family. MARCO is expressed by distinct populations of macrophages in the spleen and lymph nodes, but is rapidly induced on macrophages in other tissues (e.g. Liver Kupffer cells) during infection or LPS treatment.Synonyms: Scavenger Receptor, macrophage receptor with collagenous structure
Gene ID 17167
NCBI Accession NP_034896
UniProt Q60754
Research Area Receptors
Pathways Activation of Innate immune Response
Application Notes Flow Cytometry: The Fc region of monoclonal antibodies may bind non-specifically to cells expressing low affinity fc receptors.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Reconstitution Restore with 1 mL distilled water
Buffer PBS containing 1 % BSA, 5 % Sucrose as stabilizers and 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative
