简单介绍:
anti-CD79aMolecule,Immunoglobulin-Associatedalpha(CD79A)(AA202-216)antibody(PE)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to 202-216 amino acid sequence of human mb-1
Clone HM57
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody recognises an epitope within the cytoplasmic domain of CD79a. CD79a, also known as mb-1, is a 45 kDa protein that is expressed by B lymphocytes during differentiation from early pre-B cell stage through to plasma cells.
Characteristics Synonyms: IGA, MB1, B-Cell marker, B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha-chain,MB-1 membrane glycoprotein, Surface IgM-associated protein, Membrane-boundimmunoglobulin-associated protein
Purification Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Alternative Name CD79a (CD79A Antibody Abstract)
Background The CD79a molecule associates with CD79b (B29) to form a heterodimer that is non-covalently linked to surface immunoglobulin, forming the B-cell receptor (BCR) complex. The CD79a/CD79b heterodimers are also necessary for intracellular signalling following antigen-binding to surface immunoglobulin.Synonyms: B-Cell marker, B-cell antigen receptor complex-associated protein alpha-chain, IGA, MB-1 membrane glycoprotein, MB1, Membrane-bound immunoglobulin-associated protein, Surface IgM-associated protein
Gene ID 973
UniProt P11912
Research Area Stem Cells, Hematopoietic Progenitors, Adaptive Immunity, CD Antigens, Surface Receptors of Immune Cells
Application Notes Flow Cytometry: use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL, Membranepermeabilisation is required for this application.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
