简单介绍:
anti-C-MYCantibody(V-MycMyelocytomatosisViralOncogeneHomolog(Avian))(C-Term)(AlkalinePhosphatase(AP))
详情介绍:
Immunogen Synthetic peptide sequence (AEEQKLISEEDLL) corresponding to the C-terminal region of Human c-myc. Spleen cells from immunised Balb/c mice were fused with cells of the myeloma cell line.
Sequence EQKLISEEDL
Clone 9-00E-010
Isotype IgG1
Specificity This antibody detects the 62 kDa c-myc gene product, which is involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and cell growth. This antibody may also be used to detect the commonly used c-Myc 'Tag'.
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Species reactivity (tested):Human.
Purification Purified IgG prepared by affinity chromatography on Protein G from tissue culture supernatant
Alternative Name C-Myc (MYC Antibody Abstract)
Background P62c-myc is primarily located to the cell nucleus, but has also been shown to localised to the cytoplasm in several cell lines. Overexpression of c-myc has been reported in a wide variety of human cancers.Synonyms: c-myc tag, myc tag, myc-tag
Gene ID 4609
NCBI Accession NP_002458
UniProt P01106
Research Area Transcription Factors, Cancer, Cell Cycle
Pathways p53 Signaling, Cell Division Cycle, Sensory Perception of Sound, Transition Metal Ion Homeostasis, Mitotic G1-G1/S Phases, Positive Regulation of Endopeptidase Activity, Regulation of Carbohydrate Metabolic Process, Positive Regulation of Response to DNA Damage Stimulus
Application Notes ELISA: 1/500-1/5000. Western Blot: 1/100-1/500 (Non-Reducing Conditions). Detects a band of approximately 62 kDa in Colo 320HSR cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections: This product does not requireprotein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections prior to staining. It does not requireantigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
