简单介绍:
anti-RALBP1antibody(RalABindingProtein1)(AA42-71)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This RALBP1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 42-71 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human RALBP1.
Clone RB40405
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name RALBP1 (RALBP1 Antibody Abstract)
Background RALBP1 plays a role in receptor-mediated endocytosis and is a downstream effector of the small GTP-binding protein RAL (see RALA, MIM 179550). Small G proteins, such as RAL, have GDP-bound inactive and GTP-bound active forms, which shift from the inactive to the active state through the action of RALGDS (MIM 601619), which in turn is activated by RAS (see HRAS, MIM 190020).

Synonyms: RALBP1, RLIP1, RLIP76, RalA-binding protein 1, 76 kDa Ral-interacting protein, Dinitrophenyl S-glutathione ATPase, Ral-interacting protein 1
NCBI Accession NP_006779
UniProt Q15311
Application Notes WB: 1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.5 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
