简单介绍:
anti-ASB9antibody(AnkyrinRepeatandSOCSBoxContaining9)(AA1-30)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This ASB9 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human ASB9.
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name ASB9 (ASB9 Antibody Abstract)
Background Substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Recognizes at least two forms of creatine kinase, CKB and CKMT1A.

Synonyms: ASB9,Ankyrin repeat and SOCS box protein 9
NCBI Accession NP_076992, NP_001162003, NP_001162002, NP_001026909
UniProt Q96DX5
Research Area Proteolysis / Ubiquitin
Application Notes WB: 1:1000
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Concentration 0.4 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
