简单介绍:
anti-Septin4(SEPT4)(AA1-30),(N-Term)antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen This SEPT4 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 1-30 AA from the N-terminal region of human SEPT4.
Clone RB18576
Isotype Ig
Predicted Reactivity Monkey
Purification This antibody is prepared by Saturated Ammonium Sulfate (SAS) precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Alternative Name SEPT4 (SEPT4 Antibody Abstract)
Background PNUTL2 is a member of the septin family of nucleotide binding proteins, originally described in yeast as cell division cycle regulatory proteins. Septins are highly conserved in yeast, Drosophila, and mouse and appear to regulate cytoskeletal organization. The protein is thought to be part of a complex involved in cytokinesis.

Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
