简单介绍:
anti-CNR1antibody(CannabinoidReceptor1)(AA161-187)
详情介绍:
Immunogen This CB1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 161-187 amino acids from the Central region of human CB1.
Clone RB41743
Purification This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification. Peptide Affinity Purified Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Pab)
Alternative Name CB1 (CNR1 Antibody Abstract)
Background This gene encodes one of two cannabinoid receptors. The cannabinoids, principally delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and synthetic analogs, are psychoactive ingredients of marijuana. The cannabinoid receptors are members of the guanine-nucleotide-binding protein (G-protein) coupled receptor family, which inhibit adenylate cyclase activity in a dose-dependent, stereoselective and pertussis toxin-sensitive manner. The two receptors have been found to be involved in the cannabinoid-induced CNS effects (including alterations in mood and cognition) experienced by users of marijuana. Multiple transcript variants encoding two different protein isoforms have been described for this gene. [provided by RefSeq].

Format Liquid
Concentration 0.38 mg/mL
Buffer Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09 % (W/V) sodium azide.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
