详情介绍：
Purpose The Odyssey One-Color Protein MW Marker provides a ladder of convenient, consistent sizes for both visible and 700 channel near-infrared detection.
Detection Method Fluorometric
Characteristics Protein markers are used to calculate molecular weights of proteins in a sample that is run on a gel. Odyssey Molecular Weight Marker fluoresces in the 700nm channel of any of the Odyssey Imaging Systems and contains ten protein bands of 10, 15, 20, 25, 37, 50, 75, 100, 150, and 250 kDa, with molecular weight shifts of 5 % and minimal band broadening.
Components 1 vial of 500 μL Protein Marker
Application Notes A volume of 2-5 µL per lane is recommended to load on mini gel.
