IC50: MMP-1 7.4 nM
MMP-2 2.3 nM
MMP-3 135 nM
MMP-7 10-100 nM
MMP-13 1-10 nM
Dissolve the MMP Inhibitor-1 in high purity DMSO (>99.9%) before use to make a stock solution of 20 mM. Then dilute by adding buffer.
