Excitation/emission wavelength of 596 nm /617 nm.
HiLyte Fluor™ 594-IgG conjugate has been optimized in fluorophore/protein labeling ratio to ensure high fluorescent signal and uncompromised IgG function.
Application Notes Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
