Application Notes For using in cell culture, dissolve the product in DMSO (50 mg/mL). The stock should be stored at -20 °C. It is recommended that the following steps be done immediately prior to use: Add 100 µL of the DMSO stock solution to 1 mL of 1 M Acetic Acid. The solution can then be diluted into buffer or medium containing 1 mg/mL BSA (required).
