Comment

Potent inhibitor of protein kinase C and most other kinases, including tyrosine kinases. Inhibits topoisomerase II directly by blocking transfer of phosphodiester bonds from DNA to active site tyrosine. Induces apoptosis in CH °Cells at 1 µM.
