Characteristics The recombinant mouse IgG2a-Fc consists of 233 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of IgG2a-Fc is approximately 34 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Protein Structure: A DNA sequence encoding the Mouse IgG2a Fc region (P01863) (Glu98-Lys330) was expressed and purified.
