Immunogen Sheep anti-rabbit IgG was raised in sheep using highly pure rabbit IgG as the immunogen.
Specificity This anti Rabbit IgG is specific to the gamma and light chains from all rabbit immunoglobulin subclass. A single precipitin arc was observed against anti-Goat serum, Monkey IgM, and Monkey serum when assayed by immunoelectrophoresis. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1 % crossreactivity
