简单介绍:
Rabbitanti-GoatIgG(Heavy&LightChain)Antibody(TRITC)
详情介绍:
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, reacts with the heavy chains on goat IgG and with light chains common to most goat immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Characteristics Rabbit anti Goat IgG (H&L), Rabbit antibody to Goat Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Heavy & Light chains Tetramethyl Rhodamine Isothiocyanate (TRITC) conjugated
Purification Isolated from antisera by Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes A dilution range of 1:50 - 1:200 is suggested for most applications. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) and dry milk may contain IgG which reacts with anti-bovine IgG, anti-goat IgG, anti-horse IgG, and anti-sheep IgG antibodies. Therefore, use of BSA and/or dry milk to block or dilute these antibodies and/or your primary antibody may significantly increase background and/or reduce secondary antibody titer. For pre-blocking, a 4-5 % normal serum from the same host species of the labeled secondary antibody is recommended.
Comment

Concentration (detection method): 1.5 mg/mL (prior to lyophilization)

Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Reconstitute to 1.1 mL with distilled water.
Buffer Lyophilized from 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25 M NaCl, pH 7.6 containing 15 mg/mL BSA, 0.05 % Sodium Azide
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0 %. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
Handling Advice Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. Please note that the concentration of protein and buffer salts will decrease to one-half of the original after addition of glycerol.
Centrifuge product if it is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hours at room temperature. To judge clarity, draw product into a clean pasteur pipette.
Product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment Store lyophilized product at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid. For extended storage after reconstitution, we suggest the addition of an equal volume of glycerol to make a final glycerol concentration of 50 % followed by storage at -28 °C, with or without aliquotting.
