Application Notes Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:100 on tissue sections.
ELISA: 1:1000-1:3000.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections. An antigen demasking treatment is recommended when using formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections(Boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 mins, followed by cooling to Rt for 10-20 mins OR Use pressure cooker for 5 mins, prior to addition of antibody) The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50-1:100 in IHC. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory.
