Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the Fc5u portion of the human IgM heavy chain. No antibody was detected against normal human IgG or IgA, or against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. May cross-react with IgM from other species.
