Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on human IgG and with light chains common to most human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but antibodies may cross react with immunoglobulins from other species.
Characteristics Rabbit anti Human IgG (H&L), Rabbit antibody to Human Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Heavy & Light chains
Purification Isolated from antisera by a combination of pepsin digestion and Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads. Fc fragments and whole IgG molecules have been removed.
