Immunogen: Anti-Mouse IgG IgA and IgM (H&L) was produced by repeated immunization with mouse IgG IgA and IgM molecule in goat.

Characteristics Anti-Mouse IgG IgA IgM peroxidase conjugated antibody generated in goat detect specifically mouse IgG. This secondary peroxidase conjugated antibody anti-Mouse is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.
Purification This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Goat IgG F(c). This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse subclasses, isotypes and chain combinations.

Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500

Application Note: Antibodies Anti-Mouse IgG IgA IgM peroxidase conjugated are suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
