简单介绍:
Rabbitanti-HumanIgG(Heavy&LightChain)Antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen Anti-Human IgG was produced by repeated immunization with human IgG whole molecule fragment in rabbit.
Isotype IgG
Specificity IgG (H&L)
Characteristics Anti-Human antibody generated in rabbit detects specifically human IgG (H&L). This secondary antibody anti-Human is ideal for investigators who routinely perform titration assays, western-blot, immunoprecipitation and more generally immunoassays.
Concentration Definition: by UV absorbance at 280 nm
Purification This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption (s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum.
Sterility Sterile filtered
Background Synonyms: Human IgG (H&L) Antibody, Rabbit-a-Human IgG (H&L), Human IgG (H&L) Antibody in rabbit, Rabbit IgG (H&L) Secondary Antibody.
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Antibody Anti-Human IgG (H&L) is suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
