Purification Isolated from antisera by Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads.
Alternative Name IgG + IgA + IgM
Application Notes A starting range of 1:500 - 1:5.000 is suggested for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections, 1:5.000 - 1:100.000 for ELISA and Western blotting with chromogenic substrates and 1:10.000 - 1:200.000 for Western blotting with ECL substrates. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
