简单介绍:
Sheepanti-Dog(Canine)IgG(FcRegion)Antibody
详情介绍:
Immunogen Highly purified normal IgG isolated from pooled dog serum. Freund's complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Isotype IgG
Specificity The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to the Fc part of the IgG molecule. In immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion, using various antiserum concentrations against normal dog serum a single precipitin line is obtained which shows a reaction of identity with the precipitin line obtained with purified IgG. No precipitation reaction is obtained with purified IgA, IgM, and IgG/Fab fragmentsPrecipitating polyclonal sheep antiserum to dog IgG, Fc specific
Characteristics Total protein and IgG concentrations in the antiserum are comparable to those of pooled normal sheep serum. Antibody titre: Precipitin titre 1:16 when tested against pooled normal dog serum in agar-block immunodiffusion titratio
Purification Delipidated, heat inactivated, lyophilized, stable whole antiserum
Immunoaffinity adsorbed using insolubilized antigens as required, to eliminate antibodies cross-reacting with other components of the immunoglobulin system or reacting with other serum proteins. Special attention is given to the removal of antibodies to common Ig/Fab. The use of insolubilized adsorption antigens prevents the presence of excess adsorbent protein or immune complexes in the antiserum.
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes In precipitating techniques as immunoelectrophoresis and radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgG in dog serum or other body fluids or to determine its concentration. To prepare an immunoadsorbent for the purification of dog IgG from serum or plasma. The antiserum is not intended for use in non-precipitating antibody-binding or other highly sensitive techniques. For such uses labelled and unlabelled cytochemical grade reagents raised in goats meeting the necessary additional specificity and performance requirements are available.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Reconstitute the lyophilized antiserum by adding 1 mL sterile distilled water.
Buffer No foreign proteins added.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handling Advice Dilutions may be prepared by adding phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7. 2). Repeated thawing and freezing should be avoided. If a slight precipitation occurs upon storage, this should be removed by centrifugation. It will not affect the performance of the antiserum. Diluted antiserum should be stored at +4 °C, not ref rozen, and preferably used the same day.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment The lyophilized antiserum is shipped at ambient temperature and may be stored at +4 °C, prolonged storage at or below -24 °C.
