Cross-Reactivity (Details) Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on pig IgG and with the light chains common to most pig immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin pig serum proteins, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.

Purification Isolated from antisera by Immuno Affinity Chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads
