Specificity Chicken
This antibody reacts with both heavy and light chains of chicken IgY, minimum cross-reactivity with IgG of mammalian species.
Application Notes This antibody can be used at 1:50-1:200 for most IHC/ICC applications, with1-5 % rabbit serum in dilution buffer.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Liquid
Buffer 0.01 M sodium phosphate, 0.25 M sodium chloride, pH 7.6 and 25 % glycerol.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store 2 - 8 °C as an undiluted liquid for several weeks. After dilution, do not use for more than one day. -20 °C for up to one year.
