Specificity A single band against NMS was detected at dilutions of 1:4 and 1:8 which is homogeneous with band to purified mouse IgG. No bands were detected against human IgG at 5 mg/mL or NHS at 1:4 dilution.
Characteristics ABIN161577 is rabbit IgG directed against mouse IgG (heavy and light chains). This IgG fraction was isolated from a high titer antiserum by salt fractionation and DEAE ion exchange chromatography. It was titered against its immunogens, sterile filtered, and analyzed for immu- noglobulin purity and protein concentration.
