简单介绍:
Goatanti-Mouse(Murine)IgG1(HeavyChain)Antibody(Biotin)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Mouse IgG1 heavy chain
Immunogen Type: Native Protein
Isotype IgG1
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum and Mouse IgG.
Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.5 % of target signal.
Characteristics Biotin Conjugated Secondary Antibodies are ideal for western blot and are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition.
Purification Anti-Mouse IgG1 antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG1 coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Background Synonyms: mouse secondary antibody, conjugated secondary antibodies, IgG1 antibody, mouse IgG1, anti-subclass secondary antibody, BAC
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Mouse IgG1 Biotin Conjugated Secondary Antibodies are ideal for western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA as well as other antibody detection methods.

Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
