简单介绍:
Goatanti-Mouse(Murine)IgG1(HeavyChain)Antibody(FITC)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Mouse IgG heavy chain
Immunogen Type: Native Protein
Isotype IgG1
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse Serum.
Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 0.5 % of target signal.
Characteristics FITC Conjugated Secondary Antibodies are designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.
Purification Anti-Mouse IgG1 FITC conjugated secondary antibody prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG1 coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Background Synonyms: IgG1 antibody, mouse IgG1, anti-subclass secondary antibody, Conjugated Secondary Antibody, Anti Mouse IgG
Research Area Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Mouse IgG1 FITC conjugated secondary antibody reagents are ideal for Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence Microscopy as well as other antibody detection methods.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
