Goatanti-ArmenianHamsterIgG(Heavy&LightChain)Antibody(Biotin)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Armenian and Golden Syrian Hamster IgG, whole molecule
Isotype IgG
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster IgG and Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster Serum.
Purification Anti-Golden Syrian and Aramenian hamster IgG was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster IgG and Armenian/Golden Syrian Hamster Serum. No reaction was observed against Mouse or Rat Serum Proteins.
Golden Syrian and Aramenian hamster IgG antibody detects heavy and light chains of IgG of Golden Syrian and Armenian hamsters.
Background Synonyms: Immunoglobulin, Hamster IgG
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Anti Golden Syrian & Armenian Hamster IgG (H&L) antibody is suitable for Elisa, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
