Product Quality tested by: This antibody was analyzed using immunoelectrophoresis and a sandwich ELISA. In this latter test, a 1:500,000 dilution was found to generate an O.D of 1.0 in a 30 minute reaction with tetramethylbenzidine as the substrate.
