Characteristics 14 amino acids near the amino terminus of human TAK1 (NT).
Application Notes TAK1 peptide is used for blocking the activity of TAK1 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in immunoblot analysis by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
