Blocked Antibody anti-Sumo (Small Ubiquitin-Like Modifier 1) antibody (ABIN1003222)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the amino terminus of human sumo.
Application Notes Sumo peptide is used for blocking activity of sumo antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
