Characteristics 13 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IRAK.
Application Notes IRAK peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-IRAK . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually completely blocks the activity of Anti-IRAK in Western blotting.
