Characteristics 14 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human IL-23.
Application Notes IL-23 peptide is used for blocking activity of IL-23 antibody . It usually blocks antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37?C.
