Characteristics 14 amino acids near the center of human Caspase-5.
Application Notes Caspase-5 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Caspase-5 antibody . Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot analysis.
