Blocked Antibody anti-Caspase 7 (Executioner Caspase) (C-Term) antibody (ABIN1002017)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human caspase-7.
Application Notes Caspase-7 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-caspase-7 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.

Handling Advice For products with volumes of 200 μl or less, we recommend gently tapping the vial on a hard surface or briefly centrifuging the vial in a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container’s cap. The peptide solution should be gently mixed before use.
