Blocked Antibody anti-GAPDH antibody (Glyceraldehyde-3-Phosphate Dehydrogenase) (N-Term) (ABIN1002341)
Characteristics 16 amino acids near the amino terminus of human GAPDH.
Application Notes GAPDH peptide is used for blocking the activity of GAPDH antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
