Blocked Antibody anti-B-Cell Lymphoma/Leukemia 2 (Internal Region) antibody (ABIN1001849)
Characteristics 14 amino acids near the center of human Bcl-2.
Application Notes Bcl-2 peptide is used for blocking the activity of Anti-Bcl-2 antibody . It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37ºC.
