简单介绍:
Goatanti-HumanIgG(WholeMolecule)Antibody(Biotin)
详情介绍:
Immunogen Human IgG whole molecule
Specificity This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Chicken, Goat, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Mouse, Rabbit, Rat and Sheep Serum Proteins.
Background Secondary Antibodies are ideal for western blot and are available in a variety of formats and conjugate types. When choosing a secondary antibody, consideration must be given to species and immunoglobulin specificity, conjugate type, fragment and chain specificity, level of cross-reactivity, and host-species source and fragment composition
Synonyms: Anti Human IgG Secondary Antibody, Biotin Anti Human IgG, Conjugated Secondary Antibodies
Research Area Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Application Notes Biotin Secondary antibody reagents are ideal for western blotting, Immunohistochemistry and ELISA as well as other antibody detection methods

Buffer Stabilizer: 10 mg/mL Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) IgG and Protease free. Preservative: 0.01 % (w/v) Sodium Azide. Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2.
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
